Berikut sinopsis dari film religi ini Pesantren Daarul Qurà n yang terletak di desa Wangen, Polanharjo, Klaten adalah pesantren terbesar di Jawa Tengah bagian selatan. Pesantren itu diasuh oleh ulama kharismatik yaitu Kyai Luthfi Hakim.
Suatu waktu Kyai Luthfi Hakim harus menunaikan nadzarnya, tinggal di samping Masjidil Haram setengah tahun lamanya. Maka amanah mengasuh pesantren jatuh ke pundak menantu dan putrinya yaitu Azzam dan Anna Althafunnisa. Di sinilah cerita sinetron spesial ini dimulai.
